ESTEE MANELA, LCSW

Estee Manela is a licensed clinical social worker at Long Island Behavioral Psychology.   She received her MSW from Touro University where she graduated with honors.  Estee has experience working in elementary and middle schools with children presenting a range of behavioral disorders including ADHD and anxiety. Working within the school system has given Estee a passion for a full systemic based approach, including the importance of proper teacher and parent training.

Estee's goals when working with her clients include:

-utilizing evidence-based approaches to treat behavioral problems in children

-implementing parenting based approaches when appropriate 

-providing a warm, safe, and supportive space for children and their families seeking treatment
