Staff Therapist (part or full time)
BROOKLYN, NY
Long Island Behavioral Psychology is looking to fill the position of staff psychologist in our Brooklyn location. Start date is flexible based on availability. We will consider both full and part time applicants. This position will involve working individually with patients with anxiety and OCD, and clinical work will include direct individual treatment, working collaboratively with family members, other mental health professionals, and schools. Our practice sees children, adolescents, and adults, and this position can be tailored to the applicant’s expertise.
Applicants should have experience providing cognitive-behavioral treatment for anxiety disorders, and particularly exposure-based interventions. Experience with children and adolescents is a plus. Applicants with a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA accredited institution as well as LCSW or LMHC will be considered.
